Rent a Network Administrator


The Rent a Network Administrator is ideal for small businesses that don't need or want to hire a full time
member of staff to maintain their network but would like the security of having someone to call when there
is a problem.
We are able monitor your network remotely, provide email or phone assistance or make changes to your
computers remotely. We can make periodic visits if required to make backups and arrange offsite storage
of data, for example. Each organization and network is different we will design a custom service package
based on a monthly fee and/or hourly rate governed by a service level agreement (SLA) to meet your needs.

Critical Situations Troubleshooting (SWAT)


When problems occur it is important to mitigate the operational impact and the negative effects on business.
Clear Vu can help by accelerating problem resolution. Our experts will conduct initial troubleshooting and
diagnostics and create a work around if possible, to bring business critical systems online as quickly as
possible. Once the situation has stabilized, we will start root cause analysis and work with technical support
teams and/or 3rd party vendors to resolve the issue. If you are already utilizing Clear Vu's database or
network administration services problem resolution will be greatly accelerated as our engineers will already
be familiar with your operating environment.
